How do we keep our prices so reasonable?
We work directly with apartment owners which does away
with the need to pay intermediary costs; in addition,
we are able to cater specifically to each university
and student depending on their requirements and budget.
Is a deposit required??
Yes. For apartments, we ask for a deposit of 250 €
per student which will be returned in full, provided there are
no damages at the end of the rental period.
How are the breakages and damages processed?
On the day of departure, together with a representative
of the Host University/Study Abroad Program, we carry out a thorough
Check Out procedure to assess if the apartment is still in the same
condition as on arrival. Should that not be the case, both representatives
will take photographs and log all damages, breakages and missing items
and also record if extra cleaning is required.
Do I have to clean the apartment?
The apartment must be left in a good state of cleanliness and order.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Towels and bed linen are provided for each guest in all apartments.
